Refunds: if you have not used any credits, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment within 7 days. Once credits have been used, and for renewals, payments are not refundable. You can cancel anytime from My account > Membership. See the refund policy and terms of service.

Yes, from My account > Membership. Moving up gives you the extra credits straight away; moving down or cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you paid for, and your credits work until then.
Nothing. Everything you downloaded stays in My downloads and is yours to keep.
