What file formats are included with my purchase?
Every design comes as a high-resolution SVG file (vector, ready for Cricut and other cutting machines) and a 300 DPI PNG file with a transparent background, perfect for printing and sublimation. The files are delivered together in a ZIP folder.
Which machines and software are these files compatible with?
The SVG works with Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio (Designer Edition for SVG), Brother ScanNCut, and most vinyl cutting machines. The PNG works with any printing, sublimation, or DTF workflow. No paid software is required to get started.
How do I download my files after I buy?
Right after checkout you will see a download link on the order confirmation screen, and a copy is emailed to you as well. Just click it to download your files instantly.
Can I download my files again later?
Yes. Log in to your account at any time and re-download your purchased files from your order history. There is no time limit.
Can I use these files for commercial projects?
Yes. Your purchase includes a commercial-use license, so you can sell the finished physical products you make, such as shirts, tumblers, mugs, and signs. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the design files themselves.
Do you offer refunds?
Because the files are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. If you ever have a problem with a file, contact us first and we will happily fix it or help you out. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
The files came in a ZIP folder. How do I open them?
Your download is a compressed ZIP folder. On a computer, right-click it and choose Extract All (Windows) or double-click it (Mac). On mobile you may need a free unzip app. Inside you will find the SVG and PNG files.
My device cannot open the SVG file. What should I do?
SVG files need cutting software such as Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio, or a vector editor, to open. They do not preview like a normal photo. If you still have trouble, contact us and we will help right away.
Are the SVG files layered?
Yes. Our SVG cut files are cleanly layered and grouped, so you can easily separate colors and elements in your cutting software.
Can I use these designs for sublimation, DTF, or printing?
Absolutely. The included 300 DPI PNG file has a transparent background and is ideal for sublimation, DTF transfers, tumblers, and general printing.
Do I need to pay for extra software to use these files?
No. Free software such as Cricut Design Space or Silhouette Studio Basic is enough to use the files. Cutting SVGs in Silhouette Studio requires the one-time Designer Edition upgrade from Silhouette.
